Processing Fee 0.5 % of the loan amount applied for or Rs 10000 whichever is higher , together with the applicable Service Tax will be collected at the time of application.
Partial Prepayment Conditions:
Partial Pre-payment not allowed upto the completion of 6 months from the date of full and final disbursement'.
Over 6 months, partial prepayments are allowed subject to a minimum payment equivalent to 3 months EMI:
2% of (the Outstanding Principal + Unscheduled principal prepayments during the previous 12 months).
