who have not opted for these services at the time of account opening can do so and request for these services by using the CRF. Also, the CRF can be used for other requirements like:

5.Product Type Change
6.Account Activation
7.Addition / Deletion of name
8.Standing Instruction
9.Card/PIN issuance
10.Transfer of Account
