Tax Advantage Deposit (TAD) is eligible for tax exemption under Section 80C of The Income Tax Act, 1961. This deposit is in the form of fixed deposit orreinvestment deposit of 5 years duration. Rate of Interest will be according to 5-year term deposit rates announced by the bank from time to time.
