Tax Advantage Deposit (TAD) is eligible for tax exemption under Section 80C of The Income Tax Act, 1961. This deposit is in the form of fixed deposit or reinvestment deposit of 5 years duration. Rate of Interest will be according to 5-year term deposit rates announced by the bank from time to time.
