ING Vysya Bank “Refer an NRI Friend” Contest
 1.ING Vysya Bank Refer an NRI Friend Contest (’Contest’) is organized by ING Vysya Bank Limited (’Bank’). Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee. To be eligible for the participation in the Contest, the participant must be an ING Vysya Bank Customer (‘Customer’), a resident of India and must have completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation in the Contest.

2.The eligibility criteria as mentioned herein may be subject to change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Bank. Contest shall open from 12:00 hours on 8th December 2008 and close at 11:59 hours, on 31st January 2009 (’Contest Period’). The Bank has sole and absolute discretion to end or extend the Contest at any time (for details, please visit our website). The Winner shall win air tickets (economy class) from the place of residence of the Winner mentioned in the Contest Form to the place of residence of the referred NRI Friend.

3.Every Customer should refer the name of an NRI friend and complete the Slogan as provided in the Contest Form to be selected for the reward. Each Customer can participate any number of times in the Contest. The Winner shall be eligible for the reward only if the NRI friend referred opens an account with ING Vysya Bank.

4.The Bank reserves all rights regarding selection of the Winner, which shall be final and binding and no correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this connection. The Winner shall be given a letter mentioning his reward. The Bank shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, liability injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by the Winner from or in relation to the Reward.

5.The Bank shall not be responsible in the event a Winner does not claim the reward or if the Winner is not accessible, does not answer their mobile phone, or if their mobile phone is switched off at the time of the call, or if the Bank is unable to locate the Winner due to any reasons whatsoever on or before 2 (two) weeks from the date of announcement of the reward. The Winner shall forfeit the reward and the Bank shall declare a new winner at their sole discretion. The Bank shall not be liable for delayed, lost or misdirected winning letter or communications.

6.Please note that the Reward is valid for a specified period and in the event the Customer does not utilize the Reward within the specified period, the Bank shall not extend the said period under any circumstances. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of participants to this Contest may be used by the Bank at their sole discretion for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes. The Bank shall not be responsible for any other support to the Winner, other than the Reward specified.

7.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion offered by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to substitute this offer with any offer of a similar value, at its own discretion. The Bank further reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes or any event beyond its reasonable control. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.

8.All costs and expenses including gift tax & visa charges for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the reward/s will be borne by the respective Winner and the Bank will entertain no claim of whatsoever nature, in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the Reward, the winner will have no other rights or claims against the Bank.

9.Any dispute/complaint must be addressed in writing to the respective participating sponsors/parties directly and the Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Only courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
